EXCHANGE

We understand that getting your sizing right online doesn’t always happen, that’s why we are here to help!

If you have any questions regarding sizing on any of our pieces before you place your order please feel free to email hello@zahloswim.com for help and we will do our best to get back to you right away.

  •  Zahlo does not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, so please choose carefully.
  •  Got the wrong size? Please email us to proceed with your size exchange.
  •   Zahlo is not responsible for exchange shipping costs.
  •   Zahlo will only accept exchanges on items that are sent back within 7 working days of you receiving your parcel.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging,hygiene sticker in place and all Zahlo tags attached.
  •  If the item you are wishing to exchange has been worn, washed, tags detached or the original hygiene sticker has been removed we legally do not have to accept the exchange.
  • Zahlo styles are produced in small quantities for the environment's sake so if we don’t have the size you wish to exchange your garment for, you may order a different style at the same price or receive a store credit.
  • Zahlo will not offer exchanges for any sale or promotional items.

FAULTY

Zahlo pieces are carefully handmade and checked before being shipped, but in the unlikely event you do receive a faulty item please email us immediately with full details so we can proceed with a return and exchange.

VINTAGE

When purchasing items that are stated as 'VINTAGE' please be aware that these items are not brand new and may have wear and tear. All product descriptions on VINTAGE items will state the current condition the item is in. Zahlo does not accept returns or refunds on VINTAGE items.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • All product prices on Zahlo are subject to change at any time without notice.
  • Zahlo is not responsible for any delays during shipping.
  • All customers are responsible for any extra international shipping fees or taxes that may occur.
  • Once you have received an email stating your order has been shipped, Zahlo is no longer responsible for damaged, lost or delayed parcels.
  • Once you receive your garment and have worn it please follow the care instructions carefully to prolong the life of your garment as we cannot fix and are not responsible for any colour fading, pulling, loss of elastic, colour running of any other form of wear and tear.
  •  If Zahlo has agreed to exchange your garment for a different size, the item must be shipped in it original condition within 7 days of you receiving it. If they item is shipped later than the stated time frame, Zahlo has the right to refuse the exchange.
